Hydrostatic Pipe Testing typically employed to confirm system and weld integrity. Hydrostatic testing exposes defective materials that have previously been undetected. These service provide a final check of quality during the Pre-commissioning stage. Mahina services can perform a hydrostatic test on any pipe sizes of system from an individual spool piece to a full mechanical completed system.

Pneumatic Pipe Testing
Pneumatic pipe testing typically employed to confirm system and joint integrity. Pneumatic testing identifies leaks joint and valves that have previously been undetected. These services provide a quality check of the system during the Pre-Commissioning stage.

Hydro Jetting
Hydro Jetting widely used method or process to remove coating materials, accumulated contamination and dirt buildup on surfaces as well as blockage on pipes using high-velocity water pressure through a jet nozzle.
A typical hydro jet system consists of the following: pressure pump and the correct nozzle type to deliver the intended water stream to the area to be cleaned.
Hydro jetting systems operate at pressures of as low as 10,000 PSI to as high as 35,000 PSI depending on the work to be done.

Chemical Cleaning
Chemical cleaning covers a wide range of services from new construction to ongoing maintenance activities. New construction facilities often undergo a cleaning process prior to start-up. Oil Purifier
The oil purification equipment is designed to remove contamination from a wide variety of fluids including gear oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil and turbine oil. Their system will enable you to meet or exceed any cleanliness specifications.

Hot Oil Flushing
Hot oil flushing is a process which is done to clear any contaminants present in the pipe and oil after installation. The sole purpose of this process is to avoid damage caused by contaminants/dirt’s to the end using equipment. The pipes are cleaned by creating a turbulent flow in the system and passing them through filters until the desired cleanliness in the pipe is measured in terms of NAS/ISO/SAE values.
The process of hot oil flushing involves continuous re circulation of the working fluid in the system and purification at the flushing filter until the cleanliness value is obtained. The main components in the flushing circuit are:
